Product Description

There are four models of shocktiltindicator. Please using following selection guide to select a right model to protect you goods. TG series ShockTiltIndicator labels  (the key technologies are applied for patents) are available in four stock sensitivity levels, ranging from 5,10,15,and 25 G's, four models: PG5(5g, pink), PG10(10g, cyan), PG15(15g, blue) and PG25(25g, yellow). Each ShockTiltIndicator label is composed of one shockindicator and one tiltindicator. The ShockTiltIndicator label can not only tells you whether your product obtains an impact but also tells you whether your product is tipped. Regardless of the amount of impact your product can withstand, there is a ShockTiltIndicator label specifically designed to protect it.              
 Spot concealed shipment damage at the time of receipt of delivery with the ShockTiltIndicator. Self Adhesive allows for easy mounting  The sensor displays a red arrow if the container receives a shock exceeding a specified G range and displays a red circular window (right or left side) if the container is tilted exceeding 65 degree, and to indicate to the officer have to check the carton which may be damaged. It is a sensible mechanical product without any magnetism and chemistry.  And the acted ShockTiltIndicator is not resetting. As ShockTiltIndicator have protection lock itself, so it will not active before its' application.
The warning label should be placed to cover the indicator on the side of the package. The ShockTiltIndicator may be places on the inside or the outside of the package or on the product.  Mount the ShockTiltIndicator with either adhesive back tape or 2 self-tapping screws. There is pressure sensitive tape on the back of the indicator. Remove the liner from the tape and press the unit to a flat surface on the package or on the product.
